Easter Dinner - Covid 19 Style

When you can’t have spend the day or have dinner with your favorite 5 year old on Easter, you do the next best thing. Dinner via Facetime.

I miss her, I miss the entire family. I can’t wait for this to be over!

Avery Turns Five

Not sure how we got here. It seems like we just got the phone call that Avery was on her way and now it’s 5 years later. Little one, you are growing up to be such a beautiful, kind-hearted, caring person and we are so on love with you and proud.

We celebrated your birthday today, along with your family and a few friends at the local trampoline park. It was so much fun to see you and all your friends run, play and laugh.

Avery’s Last Preschool Concert

How are we here? Why is she growing so fast? This little one who was so afraid to get on a stage now was loving it and sang her little heart out. We need her to slow down, It is all flying by!

How Did He Get to Be One Already

Can’t believe we just spent the weekend celebrating this little (well not so little) one’s first Birthday. Benjamin you bring so much light, laughter and love into our world. We are so blessed to have you as our first grandson. We love you to the moon and back three times over and then even a bit more!!

Family Pool Party

To celebrate Guy's birthday we decided to host a family pool party. Instead of me behind the camera all day I instead handed the camera to Jameson (age 4 1/2) and let him go for it. Sure some of the pictures have fingers in them but that is half the fun. Not sure who captured the photos with him in them but so glad they were able to get him having fun too.

We're Starting A Tradition Here

For the 2nd year in a row we had a day at the ballpark with Avery. I am 100% sure Avery could care less about the baseball game at this is all about the popcorn, ice cream, a present from Grandpa of some sort and Nutasha and Nutsy.

Last year the Flying Squirrel's mascots sent Avery into tears, this year she searched them out, wanted to give them high fives and was sad she didn't get to give them a hug goodbye (at least that is what she told me on the way home).

These days with her are so precious and I remind myself short-lived as she is growing so fast so we do all we can to create lasting memories with her. I can't wait until Benjamin is old enough to start creating them with him as well.
