Goodbye Party 2020

We celebrated the end of this terrible year by hanging out with the grandkids for the day while daddy worked and mommy had a girls day. We sang, watched movies, danced, and played

These two represent everything good about 2020. They kept us sane and do happy with our FaceTimes chats and visits. Can’t wait to watch them grow in 2021, although I am okay if it slowly done. I love them at this age!

May 2020 - Grandkids in Lockdown

Another 30 days of lockdown has ended, how many more to go is the question? Mallory has continued to share photos with us which makes me so happy every time I see one.

It’s amazing they have no clue of what is going on around them. Mom and Dad are doing a great job of keeping them happy, entertained, safe and healthy!

Finally A Play Date

It has been two months since we have been able to see, hold, hug and love on the Grandkids. They are growing up so fast and this stupid virus is making us miss so many fun things that we had planned. I know it is best to just say we are blessed that we are all healthy and safe but it doesn’t make this any easier.

Chris decided it was time and so for Mother’s Day he gave me the one and only thing I wanted or needed. Time with him and the grandkids. He brought them over to our house so they could run and explore and while still being safe. We ate, we played, we rode the 4-wheeler, we even visited the baby goats. up the street. It was a much need reprieve from all the stress and worry. Now it we can just get it over with so that we can get back to normal.
