Yummy

I’ve been feeding the deer almost everyday now that the snow has been falling so frequently.  The regular three visit most nights and while they have to dig for the food, I think they are appreciative of it. 🙂

A New Visitor

I was in the kitchen doing the dishes while watching the three little doe’s who now show up every evening when I saw a movement out of the left and out of the woods this beautiful buck appeared.  Having never seen one in real life I was beyond excited and was completely entranced by him.  The water in the sink went cold as I sat and watched him for at least 20 minutes before he just turned and walked away.I’ve named him Charlie 🙂I hope he returns soon as he was just gorgeous.

Red Barn

It’s no secret to anyone who reads this blog or looks at any of my photo streams how much I love barns, especially red ones.  I know I will never live on a real farm but I dream of having a garage shaped like a red barn so I can say I have one :).Anyway, Guy and I went for a ride to get out of the house after snow storm 125 (it seems) and we passed this scene.  I made him turn around and go back just so I could photograph it.

So peaceful is it not?  Hope you are finding ways to get through this cold and snowy winter.

When is spring again??
