February 2018 Walking Update
/Still walking.....I am really enjoying these daily walks, both at work and on the treadmill. My daily goal is 10,000 per day and looking at the chart, I missed that goal 10 times in February which is to many days. Saturday's appear to be a problem day. I need to make more of an concentrated effort to get those steps, even on the weekends. Results are starting to happen. I am down 8 lbs since Jan 1st, I am starting to feel some difference in my pants and am sleeping so much better now that I am getting some exercise each day.My February steps: 279, 638 or 118.96 miles... YTD Total is 542,366 or 226.19 miles
