Spring birds are here so where is Spring??

A freak snow and ice storm over Northern Virginia the last two days has totally confused the spring birds.  They know it is March, now if Mom Nature would only realize it!So ready for this winter to be over!!

Riley's Snow Hero

After receiving over 12" of snow last night Riley has a new hero.  Guy bundled up and faced the cold just so Riley could get out and play.

Late Night Visit

A few of our friends dropped by just after dark looking to see if there might be some food atop the fresh 12" of snow we received.Of course there was :)

Yummy

I've been feeding the deer almost everyday now that the snow has been falling so frequently.  The regular three visit most nights and while they have to dig for the food, I think they are appreciative of it. :)
