Early morning on the James River gave us perfect morning light, almost no wind and a bit warmer than the days previously, that and nature aligned for a great morning.
We came across 3 juvenile Bald Eagles roosting together in one of the tall trees offshore. I have never seen 3 this age together. They are barely showing the beginnings of a white crown/head so they are probably around 3-4 years old.
